Renaming of protected exe

The complier I use has a flaw in it that if you rename the .exe it wont run and obviously when protected the same behaviour happens so is there anyway Enigma can protect the .exe then if its renamed pass the original name on so the end user can rename the .exe?

Hi Mick,

Such technique is made in Virtual Box, it emulates the file name for the virtual executable files.
I have not tried this technique with the main executable. Probably it will work. The plugin to Enigma Protector can be made.

But the most simple way to solve it, would be using the option Checkup - File Name. In case the file name will be changed, the protection will hang up with the message, and won't start the file.
