Portable app created by virtual box doesn't run

I created a portable app using the latest version of Enigma Virtual Box, but it didn't run.

I created the portable version of an app called PerfectDisk, but after creating the exe file, it didn't run. I got the error message; "Cannot load library QtCore4.dll".

Please tell me why this has happened?
