.exe Cannot launch after certain file size

My enigma virtual box package exe cannot run on my computer, (error image below) My packaged mod file is 8.6gb.
When I packaged a small mod everything worked as it should.

So does enigma have a limit of what it can pack? Or is there a way I can get this to work.

I'm running late so if anyone can get back to me as soon as possible it would be greatly appreciated.
