HWID values are chaning for customers

Hello, if anyone can help it would be great.

Basically i create a lot of .net apps.

For some reason i cannot protect all of them using enigma 3.70 as they crash, some protect ok but the ones that dont i have to use 3.60 and they work fine. the problem is people are sending me HWID's for licenses left right and center as it seems they are conflicting with the different versions, so everytime a person runs a 3.60 protected app i send a license when they run the 3.70 the 3.60 gets deleted and the software requests a license and this keeps going on.

I may just have to use 3.60 for all my apps untill enigma can fix the issue with .net wrapping

Hi Richard,

Firstly, if you have problems protecting some files with the latest version, please always send a non protected file + enigma project file to support@enigmaprotector.com, we are always glad to help and fix any problem.

Regarding hardware id changes between versions - this should not happen. At least, if you are using 3.60 and 3.70.

Maybe you are using different enigma project files for these files? If so, then Hardware ID will be different, of course. If you are using multiple projects, but want to keep Hardware ID same for all of them - let me know, I will explain how to do that.

Btw, what Hardware Lock options are you using?

im using a project generated from 3.70 and protecting using 3.70 and 3.60
