Enigma Protector

Hello,
I have create a boxed application, on my PC it can run perfect, but on my client PC cannot run.
Some my client use Windows 10 and XP
The Boxed exe only closed and show no error or dialog box

i used lastest Enigma VBOX 7.40

Your application is running on another PC without enigma vb?

yes.
now on win 7 they got this error

Show me your files settings in EVB, I believe some misconfiguration is there.
