Submit program to antivirus companies

I have been submitting the full version of my program to the antivirus companies to combat 'false positives'. I have been using the page located here to guide me:
http://www.softwareprotection.info/2011 ... -to-solve/
I have some questions about some of the submit procedures on that page.
Commtouch: It says that I should include the 'SDK version and definition file used' in the email. What does that mean? I don't have this antivirus and I got the false positive from virustotal.com
Esafe: The given url for submitting to esafe will redirect to a different domain name and the only form listed on that page is 'Request information form':
http://www.aladdin.com/forms/send-email/form.aspx
K7AntiVirus: I get a false positive from them and there is no listing on your page on how to submit to them
McAfee-GW-Edition: I get a false positive from both this and McAfee. I submitted to McAfee, but no procedure for submitting to McAfee-GW-Edition was listed. Am I safe to assume that submitting to McAfee will fix both, because they use the same database?
