Can someone explain me what Inline Patching exactly is and what do configurations mean.

for example with values :

Number of protection threads: 3
Inline checkup delay: 1000


Does it mean,client files will be checked for checksum 3 times every 1000 milicseconds or what?

In short, yes. But there will be checked not a client files, but the integrity of protection part/code/virtual machine and so.
To bypass some protection features, crackers often use inline patching, this feature allows to avoid it.
Only note, it is not compatible with some of the files, you will have to test your program after protection.
