In fact, all similar programs I have used have this problem (they are falsely reported as viruses by the security center and automatically quarantined/deleted). Is there a solution for Enigma Virtual Box? Or can the probability be reduced?

Hi, since false positive detections happen not on our side, there is nothing we can do. These problems happen due to error of antivirus and they software that wrongly detect something inside clean packed files.
If false positive detection happened, we recommend the following:
1. Digitally sign packed file with code signing certificate. Apart of all advantages of code signing, this also helps to avoid false positive detections
2. Submit packed file to antivirus developers, so they can fix this wrong detection. All major antiviruses have special web forms for submissions of such files, for example, for Windows Defender it is there: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission
