I create the portable file without problem.
But when the actual program have an update, it kept bugging me for update.
I prefer the no update version / current version I have.
In normal process, I can block the program by Windows firewall.

How do I block the same way when running the portable file?
Or automate the batch command to add the app to the firewall list, while running the portable?

Packed file behaves same way as non packed, so you can block it by firewall same as non packed, there should be no differences.
