Unfortunately no, as after testing of your application on Windows 8, there were no found any problem.
All embeded exe files were working well.
The only thing I've noticed is that the exe that does not work for you is a .net exe. Moreover, when I run this file within testing, it shown me that Framework 3.5 should be installed. After installation of this framework, the file was run well.
Maybe we can make a team viewer session to try to find the problem?
