v4.30 Not working on Windows 8.1

Hi, Using the latest version (4.30). If I enable Virtual box - Files virtualization then the app is not at all loading. Without virtual box it loads fine. Tried with previous version v4.20 and with virtual box working fine. Surely some issues with new version on Windows 8.1 64-bit

My app is .NET WPF (x86)

with version 4.20 all is fine
but in the new version will not run
