Protecting an application with Enigma & Sentinel

Post by nk1966 »

Hi,

It is possible to protect an application with Enigma Protector (using only anti-debugging and resource protection) and then, protect is with other solutions such as Sentinel Hasp that uses a hardware dongle?

Thanks!

Hi, as far as I know, HASP can be used as a SDK only, i.e. you call HASP API functions inside application and do not use their envelope protection. If that's right, then you can use HASP SDK and then protect with Enigma Protector.

If HASP has (or require) own envelope protection, then it could be incompatible with Enigma. Most of powerful protection systems do not support multi protection of same file, usually protections are incompatible with each other.

Also, worth to try Enigma Protector DEMO version before purchase to check for incompatibilities.
