Hi Mark, probably, you have some settings that are not compatible with your file.

In most cases the plugins are causing such problem. Disable all plugins at Miscellaneous - Plugins and try to protect again.

How do I disable plugins? Keep in mind I cannot start Enigma Protector because I get the Internal Protection Error. Just to be clear - the error happens when trying to open Enigma32g.exe so I cannot protect anything, I cannot change settings, I cannot do anything - Enigma Protector ITSELF does not load.

Please try to right click on a file and check the file digital signature. It should be valid. I suspect that the file could be modified, thus it does not work.

Can you please also contact us by email at support@enigmaprotector.com and we will try to fix this problem.

I sent an email to support@enigmaprotector.com a couple of times regarding my issue but still no reply. Did my email arrive successfully?

Hi Mark, most of the users do not have any problem with this version. I think this is something specific for your PC only.
- Can you please try to run it on another computer?
- Try to disable the antivirus, just to make sure it affects the program
- Completely uninstall and install again version 5.50.

If nothing helped, we will send you a debug version for testing.

I do not have any other computer to test on. I tried uninstalling and re-installing many times, deactivating the anti-virus makes no difference. So a debug version would probably be a good idea.
