Error detecting Hyper-V (virtual guest only)

Confirmed, attaching image of system information, the pc is not a virtualized ifs for real, but appears the message that it can run under hyper-v so its giving a false positive.
yes it has installed the service of hyperv but is not running and again its checked only the option (virtual guest only).
