Good Afternoon, I recently purchased Vorpx and after using the registration key I received, I get this error in a popup. I have reached out to Vorpx support and I am wondering whether they will ask that I contact you for support on this issue. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to remedy this problem. It may be an issue with my anti virus which is Trend Micro. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
Hello, I received a message from the Vorpx team support and they helped me resolve the issue. All I needed to do was include the program folder in the list of exceptions to the AV. After that, it ran just fine. Stay well!
