I had to develop an anti cheat for a third party modification of a game. Since i didn't wanted that people can analyse my applications to prevent bypass solutions for my software i bought Enigma Protector x64 and Packed up my files.

A lot of Antivirus Solutions claim those applications as virus.

Is there any solution to prevent this?

Hi, this is really not a lot. Virustotal has 73 produts to check, you have 9 false detections from unknown antiviruses.
Moreover, only one of them says that this is a Enigma Protector, others tell that the file just malicious and no virus detected.
I'm really not sure who use these antiviruses and if their detection will somehow affect your work.

Anyway, what can be done:
1. Contact these antiviruses and ask to fix the problem (you will need to send them protected file)
2. Use code signing certificate to digitally sign the file.

These two ways usually help to solve false detections, but not sure if this rule works for such unknown antiviruses.
