Packed exe file return code is not correct on Windows on Mac M1/M2 machine

I have a packed exe file with a jar file inside it. And the exe run java command using java -jar xxx.jar.

It works fine for Enigma Virtual Box 9.9, however, after update to 10.20, the command is not work, and it doesn't show any error, but return code is not zero, not sure what's wrong with it.

This error only happens on ARM Windows for Mac M1/M2 machine and Enigma Virtual Box version >= 10
