The same one with just updated 6.6 x64. I do not use Windows Antivirus, I use Bitdefender.
Switch it on/off - no luck, the same result. Any files exe or dll.
6.5 works ok.

You can use CGI keygen on Linux x64, (CentOS 6.x and 7.x in my case).
It's working fine, just install glibc.i686:
