Enigma Protector 5.0 Windows 10 Error

Hi Enigma,
When I try to run Enigma Protector 5.0 and 5.1 in Windows 10, I get the following error:
"Internal protection error. Please contact the author!"
Please help asap!

Hi there,
our product is sold in the form of a plugin-DLL inside Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Other publishers also create their own add-ons in that form - end-customers end up having multiple such add-ons inside Microsoft Flight Simulator.
We have protected our DLL with Enigma.
Some of our customers are complaining that they're also getting the Internal Protection Error at particular instances when combined with some other plugin DLLs, but since there's no information about what that means, we cannot advise or resolve the issue.
Some assistance is appreciated!
