Enigma Protector

Good evening
I have a program that reads a file index to call the active files
But I have a problem with Windows 8.x
After protection, the program can not find Index ( the program can't read any other file after protection )

I've test on multiple devices and systems
8, 8.1, 8 pro
But the same problem
This problem is not present on the win xp, vista, 7
If one has a solution to the problem, please help

Did you try testing with Microsoft Security Essentials disabled ? W8 has this one turned on by default, it may block lots of things. Also please try launching protected application as admin.

Yes, I have try and the same problem

Just in case, can you please check if other applications suffering from this problem also?

Try to protect the test32.exe from Library/The Enigma Protector/ folder, it is test file distributed with Enigma Protector. Will it or won't suffer from such problem on this computer?

I just want to make sure if this problem specific for a file, or it is permanent problem for all files?

the problem from folder name it was ban.0
Just remove { . } and program will be run

The folder name was "ban.0", and have the problem
when i have change folder name to "ban" the problem have solve.
Just remove { . }

Hello, I have the same problem. Where did you rename that ban.0 folder? Did you put it to the virtual box? Because when I try to put exactly one essential file into my binary, it still doesn't work.

Just rename the folder to another name without numbers without symbols

I still having this problem on windows 8

i need every time run the program
change the files name to another name (ex; change from game to gam; or program to app )

every time run it; have the problem
and need to change the file name !!
