Is the EVB 10.50 download still available?

I'm having issues with EVB 10.60, with my NET 8.0 WPF application. Works fine with EVB 10.50. But with 10.60 I get the error: The application was unable to start correctly (0x000003e).

However, I lost the install file for EVB 10.50, so for now if I could have the link to download EVB 10.50 that would be great!
