After I activate a user, is it possible to cancel? Ex: A user bought a program and after 1 day he gave Refund in Paypal, how can I cancel this program?
I'm trying to do this but I'm not having success!

Hi, yes, this is possible, you can go to OAP - Orders, select the order that was refunded, edit it and set the checkbox "Refund", then update.
After that, system will block the license key for this customer and block customer too (note, if customer has other others, they will be blocked automatically too, system recognize the Refund flag as a fraud customer, and all his/her products become blocked).
Also, please note, after you block the order in OAP, this needs to be synchronized with the protected program.
This can be made using option ONLINE SERVICES - Online Activation Settings - Call online activation server each execution.
From other hand, this option will require internet access each execution for activation.
Let me know if this is OK, because the system is very flexible, we could find another solution.
