Seems the scheme is complicated...

In short, everything will be kept as it is now, just the prices of usual Enigma Protector x86 and x64 will be raised. Prices for all other products and services will be kept same.

No promotions are planned, we will add a note on the site when we plan to raise prices to give people to buy a license before we raise it.

This version won't contain taggant system yet. It will be also soon added, but not in this release!

Yes, nothing had been changed in this direction in 4.0.

We are on the final phase to run the taggant, it is very very closer!
