If you would experience some problems with NIS and its Insight, just try to contact them at:
* for Report a Suspected Erroneous Detection (False Positive) https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/
* for Insight Dispute Submission https://submit.symantec.com/false_positive/insight/
Norton Insight is a real pain, it detects almost everything as a suspicious. Howevre I must agree with Vladimir that the FULL version has much less false positives.

Just for your information, we are discussing with one company that is developing the watermarking system exactly for antivirus companies. Many still "unsupported" antiviruses will be using new watermarking systems, and I'm sure, there will be much less false detections in the future. But there is still no timeline when it finally will be implemented...
