evilbasem, you may just contact us at support@enigmaprotector.com and let me know your serial number. There is no problem is somebody else bought Enigma for you, this is does not matter. We will just re-check out database, so your key was not marked as stolen or antivirus vendors did not report malware abuse.

If you key is clear, we will contact to ESET and solve this problem. No need to buy another license if you already own it.

yes, sure, it is stolen license.

I cannot believe the audacity of you! Vladimir has written an amazing product and he actually treats real customers with respect and honesty.

It is one thing to blindly steal by using a crack et cetera but you went the extra mile and "tried" to deceive into gaining another new valid license rather pitifully I would add - you were not fooling anyone here and your made up story actually made me laugh

how i can fix this problem of false detection maybe u are right if the serial is stolen key the eset catch it like a virus , but i tried the demo version , and i got the same problem , so anyone can fix this problem , or what steps i should do to fix it ^^ thanx

As regarding to ESET, I can 100% guaranty that they catch only stolen licenses, because we are working well together.

They surely can false detect in the files protected with legal version, but it can be very quickly and easy solved.

But stolen version is always detected.
