Hardware ID Change after format HDD
Re: Hardware ID Change after format HDD
Hi Alain, that's great, but I was able to repeat this problem here and successfully solved it, now Enigma is able to get HDD Serial of almost all hard disks. I will PM you the link to the latest version!

Hi Scorillo
You have Hard Disk Serial Option Checked?
Because this no happens with the rest of options, just in that.
Besides, this happens in a real SO, not in a virtualized.

Re: Hardware ID Change after format HDD
Yes Dante ,only that option enabled.
Is not changing HWID, even on or off ,same in virtualized enviroment.
You run same file?
Do you have a RAID?
A debug tool will see what happend in you're freaky computer

Re: Hardware ID Change after format HDD
Hi Dante, just checked your issue out. I also have x64 Windows 7. I've enabled HDD Hardware Lock and tried to run it with and without UAC.. hm, results are the same... no HDD Serial change..
By the way, what security level for User Account you enabled? There are 4 levels, from lowest to highest, I tried the lowest one and third from the bottom, did you do same?
