email issues

Dear Enigma team,

Please accept my apologies for posting non-technical topic to this forum, but we are really very desperate to reach you.
Our company has been sensing emails to support@enigmaprotector.com since November 6 and it seems like emails just go to nowhere.

Could you please check at your side that you are receiving emails from domain artec-group.com ?
