Registration Key Based On Password
Registration Key Based On Password
Hi Enigma
A Suggestion: Think I'm selling video games, In every CD Pack there will be a unique Password. I want this password affect registration key. I mean another part for keygen >>> Password , and in Key properties section there will be another option >>> Allow only password, then user should send me his hard-ware ID and his CD password then I will generate a registration key based on both HID and Password.
So what do you think?

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
Hi Majid,
You can make this with the current version of Enigma. Just use this password for Registration Name, that's all.
Or, combine user name with his password and generate the key. Reg Name will be looking so "Majid (you@email.com) CD: XXXXXXXX", XXXXXXXX - your password.

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
Thanks
But If Name and password are separate then I think it will be better than I use both at the same time. Really I want to ask for another think too, "Allow user to enter any name!" Then is this case it is highly recommended to separate password and name fields. And also a new variable fro password like >>> %PassW%
Now what do you think ?

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
No Majid, I think the solution I offered is much better and easier to make.
Moreover, registration name may include any information, you may include any data into reg name.
For example, user could send you a password and his name, you may combine them, then somehow encrypt, and then user encrypted data as a registration name in Enigma.

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
I want %Regname% just show user name not password, If I combine reg name and password, then if I use %regname% some where else then it will show regnamepassword combined !!!
I want %regName% variable just show user name not the password!!!
Further more if you add Password part to your Enigma Keygen, you can add "Encrypt with Password" part which encrypt application with a particular password to your protector something like "Encrypt with hardware id" which encrypt application with a particular hardware ID.

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
No Majid, I disagree with you.
Imagine we add %Password%, then you ask for a %Password1%, %Password2% Joke..
But no, I disagree...

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
every product has one password, not two three four five six seven eight nine ten ...
But OK,no problem if you think that it is not useful then that's OK. All of my posts are just as some suggestions I do not want to use them just for my personal job,but I want Enigma can do almost everything!

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
@Majid
Why you don't use the enigma api? i think you can load your custom registration dialog at startup with field for name, hw-id, password, and in the background you combine this string into 1 var, i for one will md5, crc32, extreme sha1-sha512 these name+hwid+password string, then callout the enigma api to generate it, for the user if you choose to activation through e-mail you can code the registration dialog to output those string into an encrypted xml/file then send it to you, decrypt and generate the key from this user data .

Re: Registration Key Based On Password
Surely, with programming skills it can be done easy and quickly.
But My main goal is sth (something) in GUI format which is always better even for programmers,Just My Opinion
