How to sign up for service?

Hi,
I am hoping that someone at nigma can help me. I have emailed several times and received only one response but no answers to my questions.
I would like to know if the Online registration can allow me to issue a key to a customer when they buy my product that they can use to activate online once they load the software to their computer? I do not want the Enigma online to handle payments just activations. Not all of my sales go through my website and all software is mailed out on disk along with supporting hardware.
