I did not receive registration information

I have noticed that some users are having problems with getting of registration information after purchasing Enigma, please read a list of possible problems below to solve this:
1. The common problem is that our support email is added as "spam" address of your email server's spam filter. Ususally we send registration information within 2-3 hours after purchasing, to be sure please check your spam emails too and add support@enigmaprotector.com as trusted email.
2. Our support team does not work in weekends (of course sometimes it works, but it is seldom).
3. If you still did not receive registration information, please send us email through support page or by your email address. Finally, if anything does not help, post message here.

Do not forget, all emails regarding order information, regarding version updates come from support@enigmaprotector.com so it is the better to add our email to trusted in your spam filter!
