Don't load the correct project from Windows Explorer

When I double-click a .evb project file from Windows Explorer, EVB load the last project, instead.

Example:

- from Windows Explorer :
- double-click D:\VSInstaller4.3\VS6Installer43.evb project file
- EVB load the last project file D:\VSInstaller4.2\VS6Installer42.evb.

To open the correct project file I'm forced to open the VS6Installer43.evb file from menu:
File -> Open Project...

Please note that the Open dialog show the contents of D:\VSInstaller4.2\, that's the last project folder, instead to shows me the contents of Windows Explorer current folder.
