Hi Enigma
I do not know if Enigma can do this or not,Just read a part of molebox manual:
"Configuring packages:
In MoleBox Pro version you can create multiple data packages. Every project has a 'Default' package containing the exe file and a random number of data packages. The default package in always packed to the 'target executable'. All the data packages are stored in the same directory with the target executable."
Awaiting Your Respond

Re: Multiple Packages
Ok guys, it probably is a useful feature.
Anyway, as I already advised, you may simply pack new executable with new "package" when you want and when it is necessary. The only one disadvantage I see - default package could be very huge, and if you need to update only couple of small files it would be big deal to send new huge version to users.
Ok, it's in todo list.
