Enigma Protector

I am using VB for node
  for most (99%) users the program starts, but there is some exception with the same parameters, the WIN 10 -64 bit file starts and remains in the background. something prevents it from starting
are there any known exceptions?

Hi, in some cases, the antivirus may delay execution until it check the file.
Try to disable antivirus temporary just to check if this is a core of issue.

Antivirus is not installed.
NW.exe itself starts without virtualization.
During virtualization, with different exe parameters, the file does not start. Stay in the background.
Not only Enigma VB has the same behavior, but also the licensed Enigmaprotector
Out of approximately 1,000 workstations, 50 exe doesn't start

The problem has not been resolved, I sending the debug logs , no one answered, despite the purchased enigma protector in which the same errors

Perhaps there is a workaround for users? If you said that the error is understandable, is it really impossible to find a way to fix it?
