No need to do that. I assume it can not be done as the file you sent does not support to ba packed.
While packing the structure of the exe changes, and exe should not care about that, but your exe does care and do not want to work if something is changed on the file.
Unfortunately, this is not our deal, just the vendor (Sapien powershell studio) made some check inside the file that prevent the file from being changed and so packed.
So it is not supported and this question mainly should refer to a vendor.
