I think you are just mistaking in a board. In this thread we are talking about Hardware ID changes of the program protected with Enigma Protector, so this topic is related to Enigma Protector only.
But you are talking about 3rd party program, that we have no ideas, and of course we can't tell you what is wrong with this program.
