EXE software protected by other security software.

Hi!!
As in the title I have a trial EXE software that lasts 8 days if I do not remember
This software is protected by another program.
My question is can I convert it with protection with Enigma Protector?
modifying software parameters and resetting the trial of that software? or turn it into full version ?.
If you can do give me some guides to reset the trial without uninstalling the program, or maybe turn it into Full version ?.
