Hi Peter,

Yes, we have received files and tested. Files are working well, at least on the computers we tested (Win7 x64).

I suspect that 3rd software like antivirus could affect this execution. Could you please try temporary disable the antivirus to find if it affect the execution?

And test the file on other version of Windows, maybe there is some version that conflicts with protection?

Finally, if we do not find anything, please write us back at email and we will send you a debug version of Enigma for testing.

Hello,

I send you again with wetrans 4 files, 1 of the unprotected file, one with protected file and two printscreens on opening the protected files.

AV is Kaspersky Total security. I send you printscreen with opening with AV on and with AV off. There is no diffeence, both files cannot be opened.

I have win7 x64.

Peter, I'm 99% sure that the problem in your case happens due to a bug that we already fixed.

I asked you to download and re-install version 5.90, but somehow you still use the old one. The bug that we fixed generates the exactly same error that you have. I tried to install version 5.90 from panel and protect your file - it works well, however the file you sent - does not work too.

Please try completely remove Enigma from your PC, then download and install again. I think there are versions confusion on your PC.

Hello

The date of Enigma64g.exe is the 9.10.2017 15:53. I downloaded a week ago and today. After new installation the same date.
Is this the right date or should it be a younger date?

Hello

As you proposed I removed enigmaprotector completely from my computer. After new installation the file Enigma64g.exe has the same date as before and it does not work.

Maybe it is a cache problem, that I download always the same old file, as it has the same name?
