Re: Solution
Hello Rex, The Win32/Induc.A virus has an interesting characteristic: If it finds Delphi 4-7 on a computer, it adds its code to any new projects created on the computer. I am guessing that at some point your(Rex) computer was infected by the virus, which is why you or your client are seeing a repor...

Some more info:
A check at VirusTotal shows that 6 scanners (BitDefender, Microsoft, NOD32, Panda and VirusBuster) detect my protected dll as containing Win32.Induc.A:

Virus
I'm getting a burst of complaints about my protected dll being infected with a virus (Win32/Induc.A) after ESET updated their virus database yesterday. Only ESET and Nod32 (which apparently use the same database??) are complaining; McAfee, Norton, Rising Sun, and Fprot report everything as clean. Bu...

Windows x64 support?
Any plans for 64-bit support? (I only need dll protection.)
I've got a couple of 64-bit apps coming out this fall, and would like to stick with Enigma Protector if possible.
Thanks!
Rex

1.71 crash on exit
I'm getting a crash when exiting my protected dll with 1.71.
This had happened before, but was fixed in 1.67. I've dropped back to 1.67 for now.
Let me know if you need more information.

Enigma 1.66?
Any estimate on the availability of 1.66? I've got some customers pushing for Windows 7 RC1 support (not working in 1.64) and can't use 1.65 because of the occasional hanging problem on exit.

Re: WinAPI emulation
The dll that I sent you for the hanging problem has a kludge that I added to force the error code from 0 to 126 on an error. The download link (the original, protected file) shows the error if you do: plugin /l waffles The plugin "waffles" doesn't exist and LoadLibrary returns NULL, but Ge...

It doesn't happen on all my test systems. But on the ones where it does happen it happens all of the time.

The protected module is a dll.
I'll send you the unprotected file and my project file.
