Its the console version executed from a batch file.

Using command line enigma64" -qe -protect Exception EAccessViolation in module enigma64.exe at 0003D350. Access violation at address 0043D350 in module 'enigma64.exe'. Read of address 00000020. And similar for 32-bit version command line enigma32 -qe -protect I get this crash Exception EAccessV...

I see the same issue in both 32 and 64 bit command line.
